The order is confirmed once the payment has been received and accepted. If there is no response within 5 days of the order, the order and payment will be cancelled.

Silver and gold plated jewellery orders are prepared within 48 hours.

Crystal jewellery is handmade to order and cleansed therefore please allow 10 working days for Switzerland deliveries and 15 for international deliveries.

Shipping in Switzerland

Shipping in Switzerland and Europe is free.
Your order will be sent via Swiss Post and the delivery times for items in stock are: 1-2 working days for Switzerland.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a delivery tracking number.
